 rth will host us for a private luncheon. Our topic: "What do you expect?" 
 We often underestimate how our expectations at work can greatly affect our
  success and productivity — individually and as a team. Shelly Stotzer\,
  owner and career strategist at Crosworks\, will share insight on how to b
 etter understand your own personal expectations\, communicate them with te
 ammates\, and how to seek understanding of your colleagues' mindsets to ga
 in more success and enjoyment at work. About our speaker: Shelly Stotzer i
 s managing director at Crosworks\, where she uses her extensive executive 
 leadership and coaching expertise to help clients define and target their 
 best-fit jobs. She leads the Crosworks team in guiding clients to success 
 through proven processes that bring clarity and focus to their job search 
 by defining each individual’s strengths\, interests\, skills and work en
 vironment. With clear career goals\, she counsels clients to effective and
  consistent messaging in order to market to best-fit opportunities\, deliv
 ering both personal fulfillment and maximum results. Prior to acquiring Cr
 osworks\, Shelly was head of the residential solar division at IGS\, a div
 ision that she launched. There\, she created multi-channel brand marketing
  strategies and built a high-performing and cohesive team that established
  the division’s entire operating infrastructure. She also ran a consulti
 ng practice\, serving a variety of established corporations as well as sta
 rtups\, providing strategic business planning\, executive leadership coach
 ing and operations analysis. At Highlights for Children\, she served as ch
 ief operating officer and chief marketing officer\, appointed by the compa
 ny’s CEO to drive a financial turn-around and rebranding of a decades-ol
 d magazine. There\, she led a team of executives and over 100 indirect rep
 orts across business development\, marketing\, e-commerce\, social media\,
  analytics\, operations\, brand communications and strategic planning. She
 lly earned an MBA from the University of Dayton and a bachelor’s degree
