DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the 10th anniversary of Costco Wholesale's Polaris lo
 cation at the Chamber's Business After Hours (BAH) on Wednesday\, Oct. 19\
 , from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Costco is thanking fellow Chamber members "tenfol
 d" for their partnership ... Gather 10 or more new business leads\, compet
 e for 10 fabulous door prizes (and a BONUS door prize — a 55-inch flat-s
 creen television!)\, and learn about 10 Costco departments and products. E
 njoy party food and beverages! Please park at the north end of the Costco 
 lot and watch for signs directing you to the Receiving Dock\, where you wi
 ll check in and receive your name tag and "passport to prizes." Arrive soo
 n after the 5:30 start time so you will have plenty of time to travel thro
 ugh Costco with your "passport to prizes" and to enjoy food in the Receivi
 ng Dock area. After you visit the membership\, pharmacy\, photo center\, m
 eat\, electronics\, optical\, food court\, bakery\, tire center and deli d
 epartments and receive a "passport stamp" from those departments\, you'll 
 be eligible for 10 prizes from those areas. (Look for bunches of balloons 
 leading you to each of these areas.) Then\, answer three questions about C
 ostco on your "passport" to be eligible for the grand prize drawing for th
 e 55-inch Vizio TV. Completed prize entries will be collected on the stage
  near the Receiving Dock. Prize drawings\, announcements and birthday cake
  cutting will begin at 6:30 p.m. on the stage near the receiving dock. Pre
 -register to be eligible for door prizes. Register before noon on Wednesda
 y to receive a preprinted name tag and automatic check-in. To pre-register

 the prompts. You will receive a confirmation e-mail if successfully regist

 ter Hours (BAH) events are designed to give Worthington Chamber members th
 e opportunity to network with other members in an informal setting and to 
 learn more about Chamber member businesses. Attendance at BAH events is co
 nsidered a privilege of membership. Members may attend this event free of 
 charge. Guests (spouses\, friends\, and referrals who are considering memb
 ership) are welcome at $20 per person. The guest fee is credited toward me
 mbership dues to those who join the organization. The fee is payable in ad
