 he Chamber's SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) Group invites you to its mont
 hly meeting on Thursday\, May 26\, 2016 from 11:30 to 1 p.m. at the Worthi
 ngton Area Chamber of Commerce 25 W. New England Ave.\, Suite 100\, Worthi
 ngton 43085 May’s discussion topic for SOHO is “The Service Side of Sa
 les\,” facilitated by Terrie Huston\, principal consultant/owner of Inte
 rgenerational Communication Solutions. The discussion will based on concep
 ts from the book “Selling the Invisible” by Harry Beckwith\, a book ge
 ared toward marketing and selling in the service industry. As small busine
 sses\, whether product-oriented or service-oriented\, the customer experie
 nce drives success (or failure). The conversation will focus on the follow
 ing questions: As a small business or business owner\, what skills do you 
 do really well? What role(s) do those skills play in your business? What a
 re you really selling\, and what are your clients really buying? How do yo
 ur clients define extraordinary service? What do you do when clients belie
 ve your service was not extraordinary? If you work in a home office or "we
 ar all the hats" at a small office with five or fewer employees\, the Cham
 ber's Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) subgroup is for you. At each monthly
  "brown bag lunch" style meeting\, members exchange best practices and bus
 iness leads and learn from experts about topics that affect small business
  owners and home-based businesses\, including legal\, tax\, organizational
 \, IT and marketing/promotion issues. Business and Associate Members of th
 e Chamber are eligible to join SOHO. SOHO members pay a subgroup participa
 tion fee of $30 per year\, in addition to their regular Chamber dues. A pr
 ospective SOHO group member may attend the meeting free of charge for a on
 e-month period and then may choose sign up for the group with the $30 annu
