 he Chamber's SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) Group invites you to its mont
 hly meeting on Thursday\, July 23\, from 11:30 to 1 p.m. at the Worthingto
 n Area Chamber of Commerce 25 W. New England Ave.\, Suite 100\, Worthingto
 n 43085 Our topic for the July 23 session is: “Navigating the Digital Wo
 rld: Tips\, Tricks\, and Helpful Resources” There are so many ways to ex
 ist in the digital world and technology is changing rapidly. How do you ke
 ep up? Fortunately\, you don’t have to feel overwhelmed by all of the ch
 oices when it comes to apps\, email\, digital media\, social media\, etc. 
 Erin Kelsey\, lead librarian at Worthington Libraries\, will discuss how t
 o stay afloat in our digital world at work and at home. This includes mana
 ging email and other vehicles for communication\, keeping track of photos 
 and videos on many devices and the cloud\, and evaluating your media usage
  to see what works and what doesn’t. She will also talk about helpful re
 sources to stay informed of digital trends. Erin Kelsey works at the Old W
 orthington Library and helps to coordinate technology programs for library
  patrons and staff. She also regularly conducts outreach presentations on 
 the library’s digital media services\, social media and new technology. 
 Erin loves to jump head first into new technology so she can use it in her
  daily life and assist library patrons with technology questions. When she
 ’s not navigating the digital world\, she also hosts Literary Libations\
 , a Worthington Library book club at The Pub Out Back. Outside of work\, s
 he enjoys yoga\, listening to audiobooks and playing with her 1-year-old s
 on\, Atticus. If you work in a home office or "wear all the hats" at a sma
 ll office with five or fewer employees\, the Chamber's Small Office/Home O
 ffice (SOHO) subgroup is for you. At each monthly "brown bag lunch" style 
 meeting\, members exchange best practices and business leads and learn fro
 m experts about topics that affect small business owners and home-based bu
 sinesses\, including legal\, tax\, organizational\, IT and marketing/promo
 tion issues. Business and Associate Members of the Chamber are eligible to
  join SOHO. SOHO members pay a subgroup participation fee of $30 per year\
 , in addition to their regular Chamber dues. A prospective SOHO group memb
 er may attend the meeting free of charge for a one-month period and then m
 ay choose to sign up for the group with the $30 annual fee. Registration i
