 hly meeting on Thursday\, March 26 from 11:30 to 1 p.m. at the Worthington
  Area Chamber of Commerce 25 W. New England Ave.\, Suite 100\, Worthington
  43085 Our March program: Mindful Eating Are you an emotional eater? Do ce
 rtain foods cause you to overeat? Learn to differentiate physical hunger f
 rom emotional hunger\, and use mindful eating techniques to help you achie
 ve energy balance. Presenter: Abigail Kurowski (from Rite for You Wellness
 ) is a registered dietitian nutritionist with a passion for nutrition educ
 ation and preventive nutrition care. Abigail received a Master of Science 
 in Nutrition and Dietetics from Kent State University. Her master's resear
 ch focused on weight loss and weight management through a mindful approach
  to eating and developing a healthy relationship to food. Abigail integrat
 es client-centered counseling with evidence-based research to help people 
 remove barriers to make change. She has presented a wide variety of nutrit
 ion topics\, such as diet and relation to physical activity\, nutrition an
 d cancer\, anti-inflammatory diet\, and healthy eating in the workplace. N
 othing gives Abigail greater satisfaction than helping people achieve well
 ness through their health and nutrition goals. If you work in a home offic
 e or "wear all the hats" at a small office with five or fewer employees\, 
 the Chamber's Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) subgroup is for you. At each
  monthly "brown bag lunch" style meeting\, members exchange best practices
  and business leads and learn from experts about topics that affect small 
 business owners and home-based businesses\, including legal\, tax\, organi
 zational\, IT and marketing/promotion issues. Business and Associate Membe
 rs of the Chamber are eligible to join SOHO. SOHO members pay a subgroup p
 articipation fee of $30 per year\, in addition to their regular Chamber du
 es. A prospective SOHO member may attend the meeting free of charge for a 
 one-month period and then may choose sign up for the group with the $30 an
 nual fee. Registration is REQUIRED. To register\, click on REGISTER NOW on

  member of SOHO\; the "Join SOHO and attend" category if you are joining t
 he group for the coming year and attending this event\; or the "Non-member
