 he Chamber's SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) Group invites you to its mont
 hly meeting on Thursday\, April 24\, from 11:30 to 1 p.m. at the Worthingt
 on Area Chamber of Commerce 25 W. New England Ave.\, Suite 100\, Worthingt
 on 43085 This month\, the group will continue its recent discussion on cus
 tomer service with an in-depth look at how to resolve complaints. Steve He
 rminghausen of Worthington Libraries will be the discussion leader and wil
 l offer a review of selected books on the topic. Be prepared to share your
  best practices or most pressing issues on the topic of complaint resoluti
 on. If you work in a home office or "wear all the hats" at a small office 
 with five or fewer employees\, the Chamber's new Small Office/Home Office 
 (SOHO) subgroup is for you. At each monthly "brown bag lunch" style meetin
 g\, members exchange best practices and business leads and learn from expe
 rts about topics that affect small business owners and home-based business
 es\, including legal\, tax\, organizational\, IT and marketing/promotion i
 ssues. Business and Associate Members of the Chamber are eligible to join 
 SOHO. SOHO members pay a subgroup participation fee of $30 per year\, in a
 ddition to their regular Chamber dues. A prospective SOHO member may atten
 d the meeting free of charge for a one-month period and then may choose si
 gn up for the group with the $30 annual fee. Registration is REQUIRED. To
