 he Chamber's SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) Group invites you to its mont
 hly meeting on Thursday\, March 27\, from 11:30 to 1 p.m. at the Worthingt
 on Area Chamber of Commerce 25 W. New England Ave.\, Suite 100\, Worthingt
 on 43085 At the March session\, the group will focus on the "best practice
 s" of customer service. Now that you have some new customers/clients (perh
 aps gained by sales approaches you learned in the past SOHO sessions about
  sales techniques)\, how can you keep them by delivering customer service 
 that sets you apart from competition? Bring your best ideas and time-teste
 d approaches to this topic -- or your pressing concerns about how to deliv
 er better service. What are the other topics you'd like to discuss or lear
 n about at SOHO meetings during 2014? Please email your ideas in advance\,
  or bring them to this meeting. In the second half of the meeting\, Max Go
 od will facilitate a brainstorming discussion and needs assessment for the
  group to identify the topics and speakers you would value the most at upc
 oming meetings. If you work in a home office or "wear all the hats" at a s
 mall office with five or fewer employees\, the Chamber's Small Office/Home
  Office (SOHO) subgroup is for you. At each monthly "brown bag lunch" styl
 e meeting\, members exchange best practices and business leads and learn f
 rom experts about topics that affect small business owners and home-based 
 businesses\, including legal\, tax\, organizational\, IT and marketing/pro
 motion issues. Business and Associate Members of the Chamber are eligible 
 to join SOHO. SOHO members pay a subgroup participation fee of $30 per yea
 r\, in addition to their regular Chamber dues. A prospective SOHO member m
 ay attend the meeting free of charge for a one-month period and then may c
 hoose sign up for the group with the $30 annual fee. Registration is REQUI
