On e representative of each Business Member of the chamber in attendance at t he annual meeting may vote to elect the recommended slate. In addition to these candidates\, th e board chair may\, as permitted by Chamber bylaws\, appoint up to two add itional members to serve one-year terms on the board. The appointments are made immediately following the election of the new board chair. The chair is expected to announce two appointments on Feb. 18.
