 ablet or smartphone (or if you are contemplating a purchase of one of thes
 e devices and want to weigh the options)\, don't miss this opportunity to 
 learn about apps that help you maximize the library's resources. Find out 
 how you can access free books\, music\, movies\, magazines and more! Libra
 ry staff will have a variety of devices on hand to try — or\, if you bri
 ng your own device\, will answer your questions and get you up and running
 . From 11:30 to noon\, check in\, network and mingle with other Chamber me
 mbers\, as you enjoy pizzas and salad from Dewey's Pizza and assorted beve
 rages. At noon\, you'll hear some general information and tips from librar
 y staff about choosing and using "smart" devices to read and listen to boo
 ks and publications (including free titles available through the libraries
 ) and accessing library resources. From 12:30 to 1 p.m.\, library staff wi
 ll handle your questions and device try-outs on a personal\, hands-on basi
 s. Try it out ... it's a technology "petting zoo"! Cost: $15 per person\, 
 inclusive of lunch and training. Check-in and networking will begin at 11:
 30\, and the meal and program will begin promptly at noon\, concluding at
