DESCRIPTION:City-sponsored holiday tree lighting activities begin at 4 p.m.
  on the southeast Village Green prior to the 5:30 tree lighting with arts 
 and crafts for children and an ice carving demonstration. At 5:30 a carria
 ge will bring Santa to the Village Green. Festivities include the singing 
 of traditional carols and the illumination of hundreds of lights on the tr
 ee. Hot chocolate will be available and goodie bags will be given to the f
