DESCRIPTION:JOIN THE LUNCH BUNCH ... Young Professionals of Worthington (YP
 oW) invites you to lunch with a bunch of other young professionals ages 21
 -39\, who are members of the Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce. Our gro
 up offers opportunities for networking\, social interaction\, community se
 rvice and philanthropy\, and professional development. The Lunch Bunch is 
 our newest and most informal activity -- an opportunity to learn about and
  discuss a topic of mutual interest or expertise from one of our members o
 r an invited speaker. What to bring: a "brown bag" lunch and beverage from
  home or your favorite fast food restaurant\; your ideas\; desire to meet 
 other YPoW participants\; and willingness to exchange ideas and business l
 eads. The Lunch Bunch will convene every other month on the second Friday\
 , from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at varying Chamber-member locations. The Au
 g. 9 presentation\, to be held at the office of Insurance Agencies of Ohio
 \, is: "Buy or Rent? Home Buying Tips and Trends for Young Professionals" 
 Margot Campbell from Cam Taylor Realtors looks forward to speaking on the 
 benefits of purchasing a home versus renting in today's market. As of Apri
 l of this year\, seven of 10 surveyed consumers from the National Associat
 ion of Home Builders agree that "now is a good time to buy." U.S. rental r
 ates are expected to climb by 4.1 percent in the next 12 months\, and mort
 gage payments are expected to climb by only 0.7 percent. Owning a home is 
 attractive to renters as well as move-up buyers because mortgage rates con
 tinue to remain at historically low levels. Something else to think about 
 is that\, for every 1 percentage point that interest rates rise (from toda
 y's rates)\, a purchaser's purchasing power declines by 11 percent. Join t
