DESCRIPTION:About the Community Weight Loss Challenge A 10-week health chal
 lenge for individuals and companies\, promoting weight loss and overall fi
 tness\, will be launched in conjunction with the Chamber's "Healthy New Ye
 ar\, Worthington" Health & Fitness Expo on Jan. 10 at The Shops at Worthin
 gton Place. This website registration page is your opportunity to sign up 
 online to participate in the challenge. (Please do not sign up online if y
 ou have already signed up in person at the Health & Fitness Expo or if you
  plan to do so.) The challenge will begin on Monday\, Jan. 14. A fee of $5
  will be collected with your registration (later to be donated to the nonp
 rofit whose team has the highest average weight loss among all team partic
 ipants). When you click REGISTER NOW on the screen at right\, you will be 
 directed to the page where you may enter your major credit card for paymen
 t of the $5. After following the prompts\, be sure to click "submit" to en
 sure that your registration is validated. You must also complete the field
 s for your name\, date of birth\, choice of charity "team" and email addre
 ss to complete your registration and enable you to receive confidential in
 formation from the Community Weight Loss Challenge corporate wellness webs
 ite. Choose a "team" from four local non-profits: the Chamber\; Healthy Wo
 rthington Resource Center & Food Pantry\; Leadership Worthington\; or the 
 Worthington Educational Foundation. (At the conclusion of the challenge\, 
 the team with the highest percent of weight loss will receive the collecti
 ve $5 contributions.) When successfully registered\, you will receive a co
 nfirmation message. Within a few days (by Jan. 15 at the latest)\, you wil
 l receive an email directing you to a confidential\, HIPAA-compliant corpo
 rate wellness website. The site is maintained by The Rite Bite\, a profess
 ional wellness organization\, not the Chamber\, and none of your informati
 on will be accessible to\, or shared with\, the Chamber or any other party
 . When you reach the website landing page\, you will be asked to: self-rep
 ort your weight and activity levels on a weekly basis by entering them int

 he challenge concludes. One participant who diligently completes the weekl
 y entries on the website also will win a valuable prize following the chal
 lenge. The names of all participants who desire to be part of a drawing\, 
 and who complete their self-reporting each week for 10 weeks (regardless o
 f their weight loss results) will be entered into a random drawing to win 
 a one-year Silver Membership to The Rite Bite (fithess and nutrition cente
 r)\, to take advantage of fitness equipment\, fitness classes\, nutritiona
 l counseling\, relaxation and stress-alleviation offerings and other "Rite
