 s for the Solo SOHO Mike Clevenger\, founder of Think Outside the Blah © 
 \, will focus on "Leading when you’re all alone – five things to do ev
 ery day to stay focused and motivated." It has been said that the hardest 
 person to lead is yourself. Because the success of your Small Office/Home 
 Office business often depends on you alone\, it is extremely important tha
 t you establish some daily practices to keep you on track. Mike Clevenger 
 relates the five daily leadership lessons he uses to do this in his own sm
 all businesses\, a CPA firm and a business coaching practice. Inspired by 
 the writings and coaching strategies of John Maxwell\, Mike will cover the
  lessons of knowing yourself\, knowing others\, assuming an attitude of se
 rvice\, practicing the Golden Rule and leading with solid values. Don't mi

 ve leadership problems\, Chamber member Mike Clevenger teaches people and 
 organizations to “Think Outside the Blah © .” As a founding partner o
 f the John Maxwell Team of leadership coaches\, trainers and speakers\, he
  encourages imaginative solutions in organizations that sometimes get stuc
 k maintaining the way they do things. Mike also owns and operates a CPA fi
 rm\, assisting businesses and nonprofits with their accounting\, tax and b
 usiness planning needs. He is an active member of the New England Lodge #4
  of Free and Accepted Masons of Ohio\, and a trustee of the Convention & V
 isitors Bureau of Worthington. If you work in a home office or "wear all t
 he hats" at a small office with five or fewer employees\, the Chamber's Sm
 all Office/Home Office (SOHO) subgroup is for you. At each monthly "brown 
 bag lunch" style meeting\, members exchange best practices and business le
 ads and learn from experts about topics that affect small business owners 
 and home-based businesses\, including legal\, tax\, organizational\, IT an
 d marketing/promotion issues. Business and Associate Members of the Chambe
 r are eligible to join SOHO. SOHO members pay a subgroup participation fee
  of $30 per year\, in addition to their regular Chamber dues. A prospectiv
 e SOHO member may attend the meeting free of charge for a one-month period
  and then may choose sign up for the group with the $30 annual fee. Regist
