 orthington. The program will be moderated by WOSU's Ann Fisher and feature
  candidates for county offices\, the state legislature\, Congress\, county
  judicial races\, as well as the Worthington Schools bond and levy issues.
  This event is preceded by a reception at 6:30 pm\, with opening comments 
 and the main Forum program starting at 7:00 pm\, and concluding at approxi
 mately 9:00 pm. Format is 1 minute opening statement\, then questions from
  the audience (through the moderator) with 1 minute answers then 1 minute
