DESCRIPTION:Group classes are great for the average puppy. They allow norma
 l socialization with other dogs and people. They are not\, however\, desig
 ned to be effective with the overly shy or aggressive puppy. Acme Canine
 ’s Puppy Preschool is limited to eight dogs and their owners. Multiple o
 wners are encouraged to attend (after all\, everyone in the home needs to 
 be able to handle the puppy!) Humans age 8 and up are welcome\; please lea
 ve small children at home\, unless you have alternate adult supervision fo
 r them. The sessions are set up on a rotating basis. Clients may begin att
 ending at any point. At each session we cover housetraining\, socializatio
 n\, play biting\, and handling for an examination or grooming. Throughout 
 the five-session program\, we discuss topics such as giving freedoms and s
 etting boundaries\, crate training\, first aid\, nutrition\, confidence bu
 ilding\, and puppy commands. Meeting day and times: 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. Thurs
 days\; 1:00 - 2:00 and 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. Saturdays Age restrictions: Puppie
 s may be up to 16 weeks of age. Vaccination policy: The puppy must be as c
 urrent as he can be for the puppy’s age. Owner must bring vaccination re
 cord. Restriction: Puppy must have been in your home 10 days prior to atte
 nding these group lessons. This is to ensure the puppy does not have kenne
 l cough or any other infections/diseases which take several days to show s
