 s nominated for re-election to a three-year term after completing an unexp
 ired term vacated by Erin Ellis\, formerly of the Conference Center at Nor
 thPointe. Filling an unexpired term vacated by Norris Woods (who moved to 
 Washington\, D.C.)\, Marissa Michaels is nominated to continue OhioHealth'
 s presence on the board. Appointed to an additional one-year term allowing
  her to serve a second year as chairperson is Kay Lakhi\, The Rite Bite. A
