DESCRIPTION:On May 4\, 2010\, Worthington voters will decide whether to app
 rove an income tax increase from 2.0% to 2.5% in the City of Worthington. 
 The Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce has invited the City of Worthingt
 on for a special Lunch and Learn to provide you with the facts surrounding
  the issue and help you understand how this proposed rate increase may aff
 ect you. Worthington City Manager Matt Greeson will join us to share infor
 mation about the City's financial condition and the upcoming income tax is
 sue. Cost: $15/Chamber member\; $20/non-member (includes lunch). Please in
