DESCRIPTION:QuickConnect is the Chamber's direct sales opportunity for memb
 ers\, giving participants the opportunity to determine quickly if there is
  a fit in meeting each other's business or personal consumer needs. It's f
 un\, fast and very effective. The March 31 session will be held at Country
  Inn and Suites\, 1111 Mediterranean Ave.\, Columbus 43229. Check-in will 
 take place from 10 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.\, when the session will begin. The e
 vent will end at 11:30 a.m. The session is structured so that each partici
 pant will make one-on-one contact with 10 others. Participants face each o
 ther and have 90 seconds to discuss their company's products or services. 
 Following each contact\, participants indicate the next steps\, including 
 talking further about doing business\; not a fit\; and offering a referral
 . Prior to the session\, participants are provided a business profile/feed
 back form to complete and bring 11 copies to the session. In effort to mak
 e this session as meaningful as possible to participants\, the number of b
 usinesses from a single business category (banks\, insurance\, financial s
 ervices\, etc.) will be limited to two businesses. In addition\, members w
 ho have not previously participated in QuickConnect are given preference o
 ver those from the same business category who have attended a recent sessi
 on. This procedure expands interest in QuickConnect and helps all particip
 ants. Pre-registration by the deadline is critical to allow time to match 
 the participants with others who are likely to be the best "fit" for refer
 rals and connections. For the same reason\, it's important that you honor 
 your reservation and notify the Chamber with adequate notice if you need t
