  that often can be impersonal\, how can you build relationships with other
 s so they will choose to do business with you rather than others with simi
 lar services or products? One way is through the principles of "appreciati
 on marketing\," through which you can regularly and spontaneously add a hu
 man touch to business relationships. With a SendOut Cards account you can 
 practice "appreciation marketing" by sending a high-quality printed greeti
 ng card with a personalized message in less than 60 seconds. You choose a 
 card design from thousands of templates or create your own with your custo
 m photographs. You may also choose card designs the Chamber will provide y
 ou to follow up on connections you've made at a BAH\, QuickConnect or othe
 r Chamber event. You write your message\, click "send\," and SendOutCards 
 promptly prints\, stuffs\, adds postage and mails your card\, all for less
  than the price of a store-purchased greeting card and trip to the post of
 fice. Facilitator Rich Cordle will offer highlights from the book\, Apprec
 iation Marketing: How to Achieve Greatness Through Gratitude \, and will d
 emonstrate the Chamber's SendOut Cards member benefit. Registration is req
 uired by Nov. 13. Cost: $10 (includes a box lunch from Made from Scratch)
