 et Salon\, located in the shopping center at the base of Worthington Hills
 \, is celebrating 20 years of service. As successful hair designers\, Lind
 a Castle and Emily Wilson bought the salon from their employers on August 
 14\, 1989. While many small businesses fail in the first 5 years\, The Cac
 het Salon keeps going strong. Linda Castle says\, "Our success comes from 
 our strong work ethic and consistent training to keep up with the newest t
 rends in the industry." The Cachet Salon has trained over 40 hair designer
 s in their personalized apprenticeship program. All designers also get ext
 ensive coaching and marketing to ensure happy customers and superior resul
 ts. In this tough economy everyone is cutting back on expenses. The Cachet
  clientele\, however\, are not willing to give up their beautiful hair but
  choose to cut back elsewhere. Emily Wilson said\, "The clients of The Cac
 het are our top priority and that's why they keep coming back." Pam Dase\,
  a loyal client of The Cachet said\, "For 20 years they've given me beauti
 ful hair." Their highly skilled staff and loyal clientele are the result o
 f consistently providing the best customer service possible. That is why T
 he Cachet Salon has done over 182\,000 fabulous haircuts! A lot has change
 d in 20 years: Back in 1989 a haircut and blow dry was $26\, a gallon of g
 as was 97 cents and the average annual income for Americans was $27\,225. 
 During The Cachet Salon's first year\, George H.W. Bush was President\, th
 e Berlin Wall fell\, The Wexner Center was built\, and the Dalai Lama won 
 the Nobel Peace Prize. "Driving Miss Daisy" won the Academy Award for Best
  Picture and "The Simpsons" made its television debut. As a way to add val
 ue for their clients\, The Cachet Salon recently held a complimentary Styl
 ing Workshop to show each person how to style their own hair. Each client 
 left with helpful hints on how to get that "salon finish" at home. Linda C
 astle and Emily Wilson have found that the key to their success is their o
 utstanding employees and wonderful clients. Janice Clemons\, who has worke
