 oss program for Fitness Fun with Fido. With how-to demonstrations\, quizze
 s\, safety tips\, and expert advice\, Fitness Fun with Fido offers all the
  tools participants need to achieve a lifetime of good health-for themselv
 es and for their four-legged workout partners\, too! Topics covered: Regul
 ar walking (walking around the block) Resistance walking (using different 
 surfaces like gravel\, fallen leaves\, or on a rough surface. Enhanced wal
 king (using obstacles when you're out walking like benches\, trees\, ditch
 es and logs for your dog to jump over\, crawl under or balance on.) Fetch 
 games Stretching exercises Hide and Seek games Cost: $350 for eight weeks\
