 ebruary 6\, from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. at OCLC 6565 Kilgour Place\, in Dubli
 n. The free event is for local entrepreneurs\, city and county officials\,
  economic development professionals and financial advisors interested in l
 earning more about the TechStart program. Join Central Ohio's entrepreneur
 ial community and celebrate the launch of TechStart\, The Central Ohio Ent
 repreneurial Signature Program. Administered by TechColumbus\, TechStart i
 s an initiative of Ohio's Third Frontier Project. TechStart is dedicated t
 o enhancing Central Ohio's technology entrepreneurial companies by providi
 ng unique services\, entrepreneurial mentorship and access to capital. If 
 you are a technology entrepreneur in Central Ohio\, you can benefit from T
 echStart resources. Representatives will provide information on program of
 ferings\, applicant eligibility\, funds available and schedules for all av
 ailable resources offered. In addition to learning about what the regional
  partners are doing to embrace this initiative\, you'll learn what initiat
 ives are available to assist business start-ups and emerging companies in 
 the Dublin area. Additionally\, organizations including the Small Business
