Leadership Worthington is the premier
leadership development organization for those who live
or work in the Worthington area. A nonprofit, tax
deductible organization, Leadership Worthington’s
mission is to enhance the understanding of leadership
qualities and develop individual and group
leadership potential to create a better community.
Leadership Worthington provides
leadership training programs for adults and youth.
Members of the adult program spend nine months in
classes developing leadership skills and learning about
the community and then apply these experiences in a team
project that benefits our community. For
