Healthy business relationships often begin with Chamber connections.
When Erin Ellis, senior sales manager for
The
Conference Center at NorthPointe (left), and Kay Lakhi, executive director of
the
Rite Bite Wellness Center (right), introduced themselves at a Chamber
luncheon, they learned that their businesses are neighbors — and
realized there were opportunities for business partnerships.
NorthPointe employees found the fitness facilities at Rite Bite a
convenient place for daily workouts, and RiteBite soon began offering
them on-site wellness workshops.
The
two businesses recognized the value of offering group wellness and fitness services to
conference guests to keep them energized
and focused. They now collaborate on a
number of health-related programs and
activities.
