Workers’ Compensation Group Rating
Members may receive discounted workers’ compensation premiums through a
group-rating program administered by
CompManagement.
Groups administered by CompManagement can receive discounts ranging from 15 percent to the maximum discount allowed by the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation.

Discounts on Electricity and Natural Gas from Volunteer Energy

The Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased
to offer its business members a program that provides a discount on
the cost of commercial electricity and natural gas. Worthington Chamber members who are
business customers of AEP’s Columbus Southern Power can now switch to a
lower rate.
Through
a program offered by local energy supplier Volunteer Energy Chamber members can
save up to 30 percent or more on the cost of their electricity supply.
Billing and service remains the same, with one monthly bill still
provided by AEP. This new discounted rate is good through January 2014 and
will not go up during that time, even if AEP rates increase.

Supplemental Insurance
AFLAC is the leading insurance carrier of voluntary insurance products
at the
workplace for employees, including accident policies, disability plans,
full or supplemental
dental coverage and additional life insurance. The AFLAC Chamber Plan is
open to members who are self-employed, or for as few as one employee in
a company to all employees. An additional benefit for Chamber member
businesses is Section 125 Plan administration. Set-up is free, and the

Our Chamber joined Constant Contact’s Business
Partner Program to provide our members with easy-to-use

Member-to-Member Discount Program is one of the money-saving benefits of
joining the Chamber that is made available through the Chamber’s Web
site.
It’s easy to offer and easy to manage, and everyone benefits. Your

gets free advertising, Chamber members save money, and you are able to
monitor the program.

Members Only section of the Web site, along with instructions on
