Workers’ Compensation Group Rating

Members may receive discounted workers’ compensation premiums through a group-rating program administered by CompManagement, a Sedgwick CMS company, and sponsored by the North American Employers Council. Historically, groups administered by CompManagement have realized savings of 40 to 95 percent on individual company premiums. Typically participating Chamber members experience savings ranging from $150 to $14,000, depending on the type and size of the business. Supplemental Insurance
AFLAC is the leading insurance carrier of voluntary insurance products at the workplace for employees, including accident policies, disability plans, full or supplemental dental coverage and additional life insurance. The AFLAC Chamber Plan is open to members who are self-employed, or for as few as one employee in a company to all employees. An additional benefit for Chamber member businesses is Section 125 Plan administration. Set-up is free, and the administrative service fee is waived for the first year. Business Partner Program with Constant Contact®, Inc.

The Chamber’s partnership with Constant Contact provides members with effective, affordable tools to build strong, lasting customer relationships.

Our Chamber joined Constant Contact’s Business Partner Program early in 2009 to provide our members with easy-to-use e-mail marketing and online survey products through Constant Contact®, Inc. (www.constantcontact.com), a leading provider of e-mail marketing and online survey tools for small organizations.

Chamber members can purchase Constant Contact e-mail marketing and survey accounts at a discount (up to 25 percent for prepaid accounts) by clicking on the logo at right or by logging on to the Constant Contact Business Program through this link.

Each Chamber-Constant Contact account starts as a 60-day free trial. The account will be free for 60 days for up to 100 e-mail addresses. At the end of the trial, Chamber members are eligible for the discount upon purchase of their permanent accounts.

Member-to-Member Discount Coupons
A number of Chamber member businesses offer discounts to other members. The Member-to-Member Discount Program is one of the money-saving benefits of joining the Chamber that is made available through the Chamber’s Web site. It’s easy to offer and easy to manage, and everyone benefits. Your business gets free advertising, Chamber members save money, and you are able to monitor the program.

Coupons for Member-to-Member discounts can be found in the Members Only section of the Web site, along with instructions on how to add your own coupon. (Call Theresa at 888-3040 if you need assistance in entering your coupon.) When you decide to take advantage of a member discount on a product or service listed here, just print out the appropriate coupon and take or send it to the member business to qualify for the discount.
