The Chamber’s Annual Meeting, held in January or February, recognizes the involvement of members in the organization during the previous year and highlights the efforts of the Chamber to help members be successful. In a formal business meeting, new members to the Board of Trustees are elected and outgoing board members are recognized. The target market is members and their colleagues and clients. Attendance ranges from 110 to 130 persons.

General Membership Luncheons are well attended and feature quality speakers on meaningful topics to businesspeople. The target market is members and their colleagues and clients. The Small Business Person of the Year Award Luncheon honors an individual who exemplifies high standards for entrepreneurial excellence. The target market is members and their colleagues and clients. The Staff Appreciation Luncheon is the largest attended luncheon of the year as members honor their employees by taking them to lunch at this special event. The Chamber makes the arrangements for the luncheon, a motivation speaker and a gift for the honorees. The target market is business owners and managers and their key employees. Attendance ranges from 100 to 135 attendees. Six corporate sponsorships and a gift sponsor are available. The annual Groundhog Day Forecast Breakfast, the highest attended early-morning networking event, features local leaders from city government, schools and libraries who summarize the highlights of the past year and discuss plans and issues affecting these public institutions and the potential impact on area businesses in the coming year.
