Jay Williams is director of
business development for Tiger Systems, Inc., a
successful audio/video installation group located on
Schrock Road. His primary focus is taking Tiger Systems
to the next level of productivity and profitability. Jay
works with architects, interior designers, custom
builders, select remodelers and developers.
A Chamber member since 2004, Jay has participated in
Chamber-sponsored workshops and has attended networking
events, including Business After Hours events. He has a
keen interest in economic development and the Chamber’s
role in working with the city on development and
redevelopment initiatives.
Jay’s career over the past 30 years has been focused on
sales, sales management and taking that experience into
the area of business development. This evolution
provided Jay an opportunity to work in a variety of
technology environments nationally and internationally.
Since the mid-1980s, Jay has worked with sales
organizations to make them more productive, including
opportunities to help recreate successful sales
organizations and establish them in the United Kingdom
and other parts of Europe.
Jay and his wife, Mary Ann, have two children and five
grandchildren. |
